The 101 Squadron Association
From its foundation in 1979 the Association has worked to promote the fellowship and traditions of No 101 Squadron, Royal Air Force and full membership is open to all those who have served or continue to serve with this famous and historic unit, and Associate membership to others with links to the Squadron.
Due to the ongoing COVID restrictions, the committee has reluctantly made the decision to cancel the 2021 memorial service at Ludford. However, a small service and a flypast from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight will be recorded in due course, and this will be available for members to view via a link, from 11.00am 13th June. This link will be sent to members via email.
Plans are underway for our Annual Reunion, scheduled for 8 October 2021 at RAF Brize Norton. Further updates will be published in our newsletter (available to all 101Squadron Association members), and on this website over the coming months.
Centenary Memorial Project
In July 2017, 101 Squadron commemorated its Centenary. At our 2016 Annual General Meeting the membership voted in favour of the creation of a memorial to all those who have served on the Squadron over the last 100 years.
